Community Budget Submissions

Council will once again be seeking submissions from community groups operating within Victoria Plains for projects to be included in the Community Budget for the 2014/2015 Financial Year.

The deadline for submissions will be strictly 4pm, Monday 31st March 2014. As this year many groups struggled to obtain quotes and submit their proposal before the cut off date, we encourage you to start thinking about potential community projects now.

Guidelines and applications forms are available from the Shire Administration Office, Shire website or email cso@victoriaplains.wa.gov.au.

For this years successful applicants, a reminder that a statement of expenditure and copies of all relevant invoices need to be supplied to the Shire by 30th June 2014 (earlier if possible), along with a brief report on the outcome of your project.  The  funding will not carry over into the new financial year.
